Mobile & Apps Lloyds Bank (Lbi) A new rewards programme was being developed and I was asked to create a series of wireframes and user flows for the Lloyds iPhone app. My task was to design and present the various features in a way that would be accessible to the Business Analysts and internal stakeholders at all levels.
HSBC Hong Kong (Hogarth) HSBC HK needed to dramatically increase the conversion rate to their Premier Account and the existing Benefits Calculator was not driving traffic to the information and application pages. The existing calculator was not responsive, and required the user to go through the full 15 steps before being informed of their benefits and offered the chance to find out more and apply. Drop off was understandably high. We implemented a number of improvements to allow the user to tailor the experience to their individual needs; offering a benefit summary after each section with a CTA for information and application.

Vauxhall (MRM) Vauxhall requested a detailed prototype to explore the feasibility of a mobile friendly site that included configurators for the various models, along with brochure requests, test drive bookings, finance options and dealer locations.
The Mall (MRM) MRM needed a very fast turnaround (1 day) on a set of wireframes and IA for a mobile app designed to encourage customers to explore the range of retailer offers and rewards. To maximise customer take-up, the key considerations were fast registration and a clean, simple interface. The proposal got immediate buy-in from the client with apps built for iOS and Android.
