Menghargai budaya perusahaan Jika perusahaan Anda, sesuai dengan karakter industrinya, mengharuskan karyawan mengenakan busana formal ke kantor, maka tidak ada alasan bagi Anda untuk "nekad" berkasual ria. Dengan kata lain, ketika memasuki sebuah kantor baru, perhatikan bagaimana orang-orang berperilaku dan berinteraksi satu sama lain.
