WOODBRIDGE — Township residents were warned today that the use and sale of fireworks are both extremely dangerous and also against State law. "I urge all parents to confiscate fireworks from their children and turn them over to our Police department," Mayor Ralph P. Barone said, "Police Director Joseph Galassi ad vises me that even sparklers are dangerous because there have been incidents where dreses and shirts have been ignited in flames by the sparks". Dr. Barone also stated that firecrackers' explosions can result in serious fires near houses or in dry grass. "Instead of trying to have their own small Fourth of .|ul\ fireworks display — which is both dangerous and illegal — residents should enjoy a professional, safe, and spectacular display of both aerial and ground firewe :oday that the T o w n s h i p , through D e p a r t m e n t or P a r k s and Ret D e p a r t m e n t of P a r k s and Rec [rcalinn. reported there will be roalion, goes through a g r e a t 1 P ^ ' k i n g s p a c e for J.S. c a r s . . . . . . . ,. , I The park, will opci. at noon and ( e a of p a n n i n g for the day.
