jxww|Çz tÇw UtÇÖâxà cÉÄ|v|xá Room Minimums and Charges: Contact Doyle Moffitt to discuss minimum requirements. If minimum dollar amounts are not attained, the difference will be added to the final billing. Rooms are reserved on a 4-Hour time allotment. An additional $200.00 per hour will apply to any additional hours added. Food and Beverage: Menu selections should be submitted to Far Oaks no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled function. Please make all other number adjustments 10 days prior to the scheduled function. No food and beverage of any will be brought in with exception to a wedding cake or candy. Local and State sales tax will be added to food and beverage. Payment: Far Oaks Golf Club accepts cash, cashier checks, personal checks, Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover. All events require a Credit Card on file for any additional fees incurred after estimated balance. Termination of Cause: This agreement is subject to termination without liability upon the occurrence of any circumstance beyond control of either party – such as act of god, war, acts of terrorism, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities or any emergency of a comparable nature beyond the parties control, make it impossible, illegal or which affects a party’s ability to perform its obligations under this agreement- to the extent that such circumstances make it illegal or impossible to provide or use the clubs facilities. General Conditions: The club does NOT permit nails, staples, tacks, etc. to be used in the great room on walls or the tables. Any damage will be billed to the host. We DO however allow you decorate to your liking within reason. Deposits: All Room Rentals deposits are $300 to pay in full at time of booking. Deposit is NONE refundable 60 days are less prior to event date!
