PRISM International 2015 Annual Conference Speaker Biographies Tom Adams, Flourish Press, Inc.: Tom Adams' great passion is to help people thrive -- in business and life. Tom is a strategic marketing visionary, and a breath of fresh air. When Tom works with records and information management vendors, he guides and supports them to employ measurable, lead generation marketing that comes back with customers attached.

Frank Albi, Business Information Solutions, Inc. Frank is the founder and owner-operator of Business Information Solutions, Inc. He is well-known to just about everyone here because he has attended EVERY ACRC and PRISM Annual Conference since 1983.

In 1980, Frank started BiS in the family room of his home to bring the commercial records storage industry to Cincinnati. In 1984, when records centers were operated using hand-written multi-part forms, Frank engineered the use of barcodes at BiS. Today BiS still uses the legacy system Frank has perfected to include such features as billed monthly reports to customer listing all of their checked-out cartons and files. Value-added services like these produce substantial storage and service revenues. And with just 7 FTEs per $1million of non-imaging revenue significant profits flow to BiS' bottom line. Here’s Frank to tell us all how to use financial metrics to boost our bottom lines.
