2016 Louisiana Water Quality Integrated Report State of Louisiana Water Quality Management Plan Water Quality Inventory Integrated Report Section 305(b) and Section 303(d) of the Clean Water Act On February 10, 2017 the 2016 Louisiana Water Quality Inventory: Integrated Report (305(b)/303(d)) was approved by EPA with one Integrated Report Category (IRC) revision to one subsegment. All other portions of the report have been fully approved by EPA. In addition to the changes made by EPA, IRCs for eight water body impairment combinations were changed from IRC 5 (TMDL required) to IRC 4a (TMDL completed). These can be identifed by IRC 41 in the IR Category column. The TMDLs for these impairments were identified during EPA's review period in 2016. The assessments contained in the report are now considered final. Appendix B is used here as a tool to track changes to the Integrated Report over time. Appendix G: Louisiana's 2016 Section 303(d) List: (/portal/Portals/0/planning/305b/2016/16 IR1 Appendix G Louisianas Section 303(d) List FINAL 2-10-17.pdf) Appendix G represents a subset of Louisiana's 2016 Integrated Report (IR) and includes only those water body impairment combinations (WICs) reported as Categories 5, 5-Alt, and 5RC. As has been noted in the body of the IR text, WICs in Categories 5, 5-Alt, and 5RC of the IR assessments are the only WICs on Louisiana's 2016 303(d) List. This table was developed only as an aid to the public and does not constitute Louisiana's 303(d) List. Every effort was made to maintain consistency between Appendix A Categories 5, 5-Alt, and 5RC WICs and Appendix G. However, in order to ensure the accuracy of the overall Integrated Report, only those WICs in Appendix A, Categories 5, 5-Alt, and 5RC, constitute the official 2016 303(d) List (please see Appendix A for other WIC impairments).
