TIME: Sunday, November 26 · 10:00am - 2:00pm MEET: Stave West - 2nd Beach Flats WHO: Lower Mainland 4x4 Toy Run & Food Drive, in association with Four Wheel Drive Association of BC ATTENDEES: Everyone and all clubs are welcome at this family event. DETAILS: > Coffee, Tea, and Lunch will be available for purchase. ALL proceeds go directly to the Christmas Bureau. > Grill - Burgers & Smokies 11-2pm > Raffle prize tickets will be available, all monies to LMCB, and draw will be on the Facebook page after the event. > Best Decorated Truck Contest (2016 & 2017 will be awarded for 1st & 2nd prizes for 2017 event) ALL proceeds go directly to the Christmas Bureau. PLEASE BRING CHANGE!! NOT JUST $20 BILLS!! This will help keep grill lineup moving! _____________________________________ DONATIONS RESPECTFULLY REQUESTED: { All donations and proceeds will be collected at event by the Christmas Bureau, unless you cannot attend event. } - *New* & Unwrapped Toys (Please no stuffed Toys, as thats the most common donation and they get a warehouse full!) - Non-Perishable Food Items - Baby Items (Diapers, Formula, Pablum, Jar Food, etc) - Educational/Sports Items (Board Games, Balls, Equipment, etc) - Please don't forget the Teens / Young Adults!! - Gift Cards - Cash ALL items are collected by & donated to the Lower Mainland Christmas Bureau (in attendance) and distributed to Christmas Bureau's throughout BC. ___________________________________________________ Why do we donate to the Lower Mainland Christmas Bureau? LMCB donates to communites throughout BC, where our attendees come from, not just one community! You can meet Chris and his elves at the event when you donate! ___________________________________________________ This year, LM4x4TR has worked with our new sponsor, Four Wheel Drive Association of BC, to bring this gathering forward. If your company is interested in sponsoring future events or donating prizes, please feel free to contact us for more information. Family friendly event!! However, since it's such a busy day kids and animals need to be monitored closely. Don't forget there's a lot of big, dirty trucks; lots of people; lots of noise! Probably best to leave dogs at home, especially unleashed ones that end up unattended and by the grill eating grease! Thank you to all! We look forward to having a calm, repsectful, family gathering with so much goodness going towards our communities and families that truly need our kindess! ~LM4x4TR Bemerkungen Lower Mainland 4x4 Toy Run & Food Drive - Nov. 26 EVENT HOURS 10:00-2:00pm Donations Collected, Stickers and Raffle Tix available during these hours. GRILL HOURS. 11:30-2:00pm Burgers, Smokies, Drinks will be available during these hours. Nov.26 - Sunday - 10-2pm (volunteers also needed outside these hours) We are still looking for AT LEAST 15 volunteers for Sunday!! Please, let us know if you can help out, even for a bit! ASSISTANCE NEEDED: - Photographer for trucks coming into 2nd Beach/Road | Aerial type shots of event | Event shots | Etc. ** Before & After shots of 2nd Beach ** (We will post on FB page with credits) - Traffic Direction | Communications | Raffle Ticket Sales | Clean Up post event | more areas could be added. Here's some Christmas Wishes, incase anyone needs some ideas. Please don't forget the Tweens and Teens Donations: - New, Unwrapped Toys (please no stuffed Toys, as it's the most common donation and they get a couple rooms full!) - Non-Perishable Food - Baby Items (diapers, formula, etc) - Educational/sports toys (Board Games, Balls, Equipment, etc), Books, etc - Cash & Gift Cards (LMCB can send out gifting receipts to businesses, just talk to Chris at the white van!) _________________________________________________ ALL DONATIONS ARE COLLECTED AT THE EVENT BY LMCB, SEE CHRIS AND HIS ELVES AT THE WHITE VAN!
