Exact change is required when paying your fare. • Port Authority transfers, weekly and monthly passes, and 12-month subscription annual passes are also accepted. Fares are paid when boarding. • 28X uses comfortable 20-passenger minibuses bearing the Port Authority logo. Buses are wheelchair accessible and are equipped with a luggage storage area. • You are responsible for handling your bags both on and off the vehicle. Because this is public transportation, tipping operators is not permitted. • When travelling to the airport, Oakland, Downtown, West Carson Street and West Busway stops are for boarding only. On the trip from the airport, West Busway, West Carson Street, Downtown and Oakland stops are discharge-only.
