THE STEPS OF A SUCCESSFUL SALE- SHOW ME THE MONEY BE PREPARED AND GET EXCITED BEFORE YOU WALK IN THE DOOR. Step 1. Go over the first 3 pages of the sale brochure Discuss Affinity Marketing- personalize broadcast message to patrons- promotions, food, drink specials and events. Quality content, dedicated managed service, plan weekly marketing campaigns Marketing goes viral, strengthen brand, grow profits This is what you say… I would like to show you a quick video on how the CityCheers program works. Can we go back to your office or move to somewhere a little quieter. Step 2. Show the Video Must show the complete video Take business card and begin filling out the application. Let owner focus on the video, do not interrupt. If needed, text or call CityCheers regional support to help close deal If questions, pause video, acknowledge/write question and ask owner to hold till end of presentation. Step 3. Show page 5, CityCheers Mobile APP and Website Features- have the owner read all 20 then ask. 1. Which of these features do you currently have? 2. Which of these features would you like to have? Talk about mobile ordering and Express Check. Step 4. Ask Questions… Help the owners sell this product to themselves. Sincerely listen to the owner’s wants, needs and concerns about their business. “Most people think “selling” is the same as “talking”. But the most effective salespeople know that listening is the most important part of their job.” Open ended questions- get them to talk about the business and themselves Talk about the reason the app saves money and time- What marketing are they currently doing, print, digital, radio, TV, online, coupons? How much currently spending a month/year now? What works? Talk about lifetime value of their customers. What is average transaction amount? How many times a month do customers spend with you? How many total monthly transactions? Step 5. Close the sale. “You don’t close a sale, you open a relationship if you want to build a long-term, successful enterprise.” The single greatest close is a fantastic, enthusiastic presentation. Wouldn't it be nice to have a dedicated account manager that will manager all of these mobile marketing features for your business. How would you like it if you could get your regulars to come in 1-2 more times a month and share your APP with their friends? Would you be willing to run promotions and events at your venue? Discuss indoor billboard and signature brands subsidy. Show several preloaded CityCheers APP’s from your smart phone. Show how to save as bookmark. Who would be the best person to approve the table tents and small signs for your venue? Who handles marketing and events?
