RAPIDLY DEPLOYABLE NORTHERN SHELTER Natural Resources Canada has a requirement for the supply of a Rapidly Deployable Northern Shelter and associated Utilities Module in accordance with the statement of work in Annex A of the Request for Proposal. The shelter and associated utilities module are to be delivered to Ottawa, Ontario. A mandatory bidders' conference will be held in Gatineau, Quebec at PSPCs facility located at 11 Laurier Road, on September 22, 2017, 09:00 hrs local time. It is mandatory that the Bidder attend this conference. The scope of the requirement outlined in the bid solicitation will be reviewed and questions will be answered. Bidders should communicate with the Contracting Authority before the conference to confirm attendance. Bidders should provide, in writing, to the Contracting Authority, the names of the person(s) who will be attending and a list of issues they wish to table at least two (2) working days before the scheduled conference. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance form. Bidders must review and sign a non-disclosure agreement before being granted entry to the bidders conference. Bidders may not delegate or assign participation at this conference to non-employees of the firm preparing the bid. No other documentation will be provided to bidders in advance of the bid submission date.
