Company History
MortgageCS was born as Rates For Us, LLC in Philadelphia in early 2015. The initial concept of a consumer-focused marketplace that protects privacy and removes discrimination during the mortgage shopping process won a national business plan competition just 13 days after conception. Today, MortgageCS (which stands for Mortgage Concierge Service) incorporates years of feedback from active users and provides an innovative platform for financial professionals, real estate agents and their clients. This platform provides a suite of online tools, educational resources, and real-time data which together, deliver an unprecedented advantage in an otherwise confusing and challenging mortgage shopping environment.
