The award presentation was held during the Opening General Session of the 2017 ACTFL Convention & World Languages Expo in Nashville on Friday, Nov. 17. Ying Jin teaches Chinese language and culture in the Fremont Union High School District at three high schools: Cupertino, Homestead, and Fremont.
