AFFILIATED BUSINESS ARRANGEMENT DISCLOSURE: This is to give you notice that EDP, Inc. d/b/a CENTURY 21 Almar & Associates and/or its agents has a business relationship with Gold Crest Title Services. Specifically that the referring parties have a direct or indirect ownership interest in Gold Crest Title Services. Because of this relationship, this referral may provide financial or other benefit. You are NOT required to use Gold Crest Title Services as a condition for (the listing, marketing or sale of) the subject property. THERE ARE FREQUENTLY OTHER SETTLEMENT SERVICES PROVIDERS AVAILABLE WITH SIMILAR SERVICES. YOU ARE FREE TO SHOP AROUND TO DETERMINE THAT YOU ARE RECEIVING THE BEST SERVICES AND THE BEST RATE FOR THESE SERVICES.
