Overview American Eagle® AE-G22N meat grinders are part of our comprehensive line of heavy-duty, high-quality machines. Their exceptional reliability and attractive, compact designs make them ideal for open kitchens and front-end meat operations. These machines make grinding even the toughest meat easy. They’re perfect for hunters, butchers, and other foodservice professionals.

Operation IMPORTANT: Before plugging in your unit, be sure your machine’s electrical specifications, printed on the unit’s nameplate, match those of your local power. 1. Remove the grinder head and wash parts thoroughly. Assemble grinder piece-by-piece onto hub. Use diagram included in these instructions. Do NOT attach the meat grinder head pre-assembled! 1. Before grinding, manually tighten the thumb screw clockwise until secure. Do NOT use a tool or over-tighten! 2. Prepare meat for grinding by removing all skin and bones. Then cut the meat into appropriate-sized pieces for grinding. 3. Feed meat into the grinding chamber with the special meat pusher that was included with your machine. Never use fingers, hands, or any other objects! 4. Equipped with enough grease for several years of usage. DO NOT FILL! If needed use lithium general purpose type grease. 5. After use, disconnect the power from the unit. Remove and disassemble the grinder head. Wash thoroughly to prevent contamination. Store grinder head and motor unit separately. 6. If motor quits, use reset button to reinstate the power. 7. To release spiral propeller blockage, use the reverse/forward switch.
