DEBT COLLECTION We assist clients who are owed money by debtors. We use a variety of tools to locate debtors and then take necessary action to collect the money for our clients. Our attorneys assist businesses with the entire collection process, from demand letters, through litigation, and the levy and execution process, including the filing of supplemental proceedings to discover assets. We maintain constant communications with our clients throughout the collection process keeping them up to date on all stages of the proceedings.
