Ein typischer Arbeitstag bei Claire´s war nicht gerade einfach. Ich musste nach nicht langer Zeit die ich dort gearbeitet habe, den Laden selber schmeißen. Es hat schon spaß gemacht, aber es war ziemlich anstrengend auch weil ich noch nicht viel Erfahrung hatte. Den Laden zu schließen war das schwierigste an der Arbeit. Auch dies musste ich nach nicht langer Zeit die ich dort gearbeitet habe drauf haben. Ich arbeite gerne im Team und wurde von den Kollegen wegen meiner offenen Art sehr lieb aufgenommen. Die Kollegen waren super, ich hab mich wohl gefühlt und konnte mich schnell einleben. Das beste an der Arbeit war, dass ich selbstständig war und mir meine Sachen selbst finanzieren konnte. Ich war von niemandem abhängig, und es hat für mich persönlich viel ausgemacht zu arbeiten. Ich hab auch viel dazu gelernt. War diese Bewertung hilfreich?

A typical day included clocking in around 8AM, putting out all new signing and new deals for the day, along with counting the register, and vacuuming the floor. around 9AM, you open the gate and your day begins. somewhere in the first 2 hours usually I would get 2-4 boxes of shipment that I had to check in and put out onto the floor. while also tending to customer needs, answer the phones and straightening the store. somewhere around 3PM the next person would come in and take over, by themselves around 4, which is when I would leave. The time I was working there, the management team was different. Working there was stressful only because of Poor management, but anywhere you work you have make due and the best out of your situation. That’s what I did. I wish I could’ve held a little longer but I’m more about health and I couldn’t work in a stressful environment anymore ! My manager was awful. It was made so difficult to even receive my schedule. I had to wait over an hour on the phone to attain my schedule for the week and I never got it. I was treated unfairly because I had to have surgery on my foot and I a doctor's note I was able to come back on a certain date and my manager failed to give me a schedule for three weeks after the date I was able to be back. I enjoyed working with the products and meeting customers but my boss made it difficult to get through the day let alone week. Despite my availability during the week and weekends I was only scheduled for Four hours per week and a chance of being on call on day. Vorteile meeting customers
