WHO WE ARE The Association of Community Health Nursing Educators (ACHNE) provides a meeting ground for those committed to excellence in community and public health nursing education, research, and practice. Nurse in Washington Internship applications are due January 24. Applications are due January 24 for the Nurse in Washington Internship scholarship! ACHNE is a sponsoring member of the Nursing Community Coalition, which started the Lois Capps Scholarship Fund to offer the opportunity to attend the Nurse in Washington Internship (NIWI) hosted by the Nursing Organizations Alliance. Funding will cover the cost of registration plus hotel and travel expenses for NIWI. Eligibility Criteria:
?Applicant must be a nurse or nursing student and a member of one of the Nursing Community’s organizations. Applicant must provide proof of Professional Development > Public Advocacy > membership.
