REF: ENTERING ATV'S.
BELOW IS THE GUIDELINE SET FORTH BY NCIC. 5. An all-terrain vehicle (ATV) is a vehicle that is designed to be driven over rough, difficult terrain including mud, sand, snow, rocks, etc., and does not fit into any other NCIC 2000 vehicle category.
