Additional benefits available are replacement of doors, locks and windows, meal and hotel allowance or emergency relief, domestic help allowance, death benefit (Insured) and liability to the public. 5. What are some of the key terms and conditions that I should be aware of? Duty of disclosure – you must disclose all material facts which you know or ought to know and ensure the proposal from is completed as it forms the basis of the insurance contract. The Company will not be liable for the losses in the event of the Private Dwelling being left or unoccupied for more than ninety (90) days whether consecutively or not in any one period of insurance. Cooling-Off Period: If this policy has been issued and for any reason whatsoever the Insured shall decide not to take up the policy, the Insured may return the policy to the Company for cancellation provided such request for cancellation is delivered by the Insured to the Company within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of the policy.

Polisi ini menyediakan perlindungan terhadap kerugian atau kerosakan kandungan isi rumah dan barangan peribadi akibat kebakaran atau kecurian.
