About the Asurion Design Group The ADG designs the interface of Asurion's customer and agent-facing technology products. Direct Code Links: This includes the visual look-and-feel, interaction design and content of these websites and
.html .css .js
apps. We also conduct usability testing and provide the front-end code necessary to implement our designs upon request.
The Sprint TEP Landing Page
Examples of our work include the Sprint TEP site, Soluto apps, a new Verizon affidavit form, Asurion device claim pages, a new Verizon portal, AT&T MDPP site and much more.
Case Study: AT&T MDPP The Design Group is helping support AT&T MDPP work in the claim experience , the carrier portal and enrollment process. The MDPP portal redesign introduces the multiple device protection pack within a more comprehensive site. It also highlights the enhanced support features within the product and provides a clearer path for customers to use those elements of the service. The streamlined, responsive iEnroll process is a simpler enrollment experience for new customers, with an objective of increasing conversions.

The main image is 640x170 as you can see. As you hit 630 pixels width (small tablet hopefully) it changes to 100% width and will fit the screen. The title panel with text – the padding is controlled by cellpadding so it’s bulletproof across all email clients. As you scale it should fit any screen width and the text will wrap with it. As you hit 430 pixels width (mobile phone) font size jumps from 14px to 16px BONUS: - I added in a couple of bulletproof text buttons. As you hit 630 pixels they jump to be 100% width. The whole table, not just the text, is clickable so it becomes easy to tap on a touch device. The font size increases too. Simple 2 column layout that jumps to 1 column after 630 pixels width. The images in the 2 column become centre aligned in their container at 630 pixels width, at 430 pixels width they change to be 100% width and fill the whole container. The text in the 2 columns behaves the same way as the main text area. Same with the buttons The image at the bottom behaves in the same way as the top image.
