I am of legal age and legally represent myself and my family members included in this registration. I do now authorize myself/my family to participate in zip-lines, climbing tower, paintball, R.T.V.’s, waterfront and horse activities at the Cascades Camp and Conference Center. I understand that the camp environment and these activities pose actual and significant risks to personal health and safety. I acknowledge that the behavior of horses is not always predictable and can be dangerous. I understand that camp rules, policies, and instructions do not guarantee the behavior of a horse or my own/my family’s safety. I give consent for myself/my family to participate in these activities and agree to hold harmless the North Pacific Conference, the Cascades, and the camp staff in the event of injury at camp, and I wave any claim I might have against the Cascades, North Pacific Conference, or staff for injury to myself/ my family. I give consent for medical care in the event of injury or illness. I give permission for use of photos/videos of myself/ my family in publications and release my right to any remuneration for said photos/videos. Bravehearts: Risky Faith
From Seattle: (11⁄2 hrs) I‐5 South to exit #111 (Marvin Rd ‐ Yelm), turn left follow Highway 510, 12 miles to Yelm. From Portland: (21⁄2 hrs) I‐5 North to exit #88A to Tenino. At Tenino, join Hwy 507 North and follow it through Rainier and into Yelm. Turn right onto Yelm Ave. From Yelm to Cascades Camp: Follow Yelm Ave to the east end of town and turn right onto Bald Hills Road. Proceed 9 miles and turn left onto Peissner Rd. (after the fire station). Go 1.7 miles and turn right under the Cascades gateway. From Yakima Area: Take White Pass (Hwy 12) to Packwood, turn right onto WA7/2nd St./National Park Hwy. to Elbe, turn left on Hwy 702 E. to McKenna, turn left onto Hwy 507/ Spanaway McKenna Hwy for 1⁄2 mile. Take 1st left on Vail Rd SE. after crossing river. Go to stop sign (Bald Hills Rd.), turn left, go 8 miles to Peissner Rd., turn left and go 1.7 miles to Cascades gateway. From Wenatchee Area: Take US 97 south to Seattle/Ellensburg continue to WA‐ 970 and go West on I‐90 to I‐5, then follow directions from Seattle.

SPEAKER - TIM MOREY
Tim Morey (M.Div., Bethel Seminary; D.Min., Fuller Seminary) is founding and lead pastor at Life Covenant Church in Torrance, California. He also serves on the Evangelical Covenant Church's national church planting team and as an adjunct professor at Fuller Seminary. Tim is the proud father of Abby and Hannah, whose beauty and charm prove that his wife Samantha has strong genes.

WORSHIP - RANDALL WILKINS
Randall serves as Associate Pastor of Worship and the Arts at Bethany Covenant Church in Mount Vernon, WA. He has a deep desire to see people of all ages worshiping the Lord and lives that out by planning and leading worship. Randall and his amazing violinist wife Bonnie were married in 1995 and have two high-school age children, Joanna and Malik.
