Enlightened Mama provides personalized lactation support with IBCLCs & CLECs, breastfeeding education, parent education, & support groups. We offer trainings to become a DONA Birth Doula, Lamaze Childbirth Educator, & Lactation Educator Counselor. Enlightened Mama is a safe space for community-building, evidence-based education, & unbiased support to empower individuals to feel confident & THRIVE in whatever they are doing– birth, parenting, breastfeeding, professional development, & their overall journey in life.
