Kualitas layanan adalah salah satu atribut penting dalam industri jasa, seperti perbankan, di samping masalah keamanan dan kepastian, serta harga (yang sesuai dengan kualitas). Bank bjb memiliki permasalahan dalam hal kinerja customer service yang terlihat dari menurunnya peringkat bank bjb di peringkat performa customer service di Indonesia pada tahun 2013/2014. Permasalahan lain yang dihadapi oleh customer service bank bjb adalah pengambangan karir yang bisa dikatakan kurang terjamin sehingga customer service merasa tidak puas terhadap pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja kerja pegawai customer service bank bjb se-Bandung Raya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh customer service yang ada di wilayah se-Bandung Raya, dengan jumlah sebanyak 154 orang customer service. Dengan menggunakan rumus Yamane, didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 111 orang customer service bank bjb se-Bandung Raya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengembangan karir memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan oleh pegawai cusomer service bank bjb se-Bandung Raya. Kemudian variabel kepuasan kerja maupun pengembangan karir memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja yang ditunjukkan pegawai customer service bank bjb. Even so, its use is still limited in several television shows. This study was conducted to find out the influence of product placement on brand awareness and purchase intention on the television show. The primary data in this study were obtained from Widyatama University student perceptions about product placement in X-Factor Indonesia television show. The researched placement are Cross, which is one of the main sponsors of the television show. From the results of questionnaires, 103 data obtained and then subsequently processed using SPSS 17. The analysis technique used is the path analysis. The analysis showed that product placement have a positive and significant impact on brand awareness, but does not significantly affect the intention to buy. On the other hand, brand awareness has a positive and significant influence on buying intentions. Suwandi Suparlan, S.E., Spec. Lict.. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan saluran distribusi dan pengaruh pelaksanaan saluran distribusi terhadap tingkat penjualan Pesawat Telepon pada PT INTI (Persero). Objek penelitian adalah pelaksanaan saluran distribusi dan pengaruhnya terhadap tingkat penjualan. Lokasi penelitian adalah PT INTI (Persero) sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri telekomunikasi. Penelitiaan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis, data yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner diolah dengan suatu analisis secara kuantitatif. Rancangan pengujian hipotesis meliputi penetapan hipotesis nol, pemilihan test statistik dan penetapan signifikansi dari variabel independen terhadap variable dependen. Dalam penelitian ini hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah penulis lakukan baik yang dilakukan melalui penelitian kepustakaan maupun penelitian di lapangan, dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut : 1. Pendistribusian dalam upaya meningkatkan penjualan pada PT. INTI (Persero) Bandung dilakukan dengan melalui langkah-langkah menentukan bentuk saluran distibusi/chanel, menentukan lokasi agen dan transportasi untuk pengangkutan barang dari tempat ke tujuan. 2. Saluran distribusi yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap tingkat penjualan pesawat telepon pada PT.INTI (Persero) adalah cakupan saluran distribusi (X2) dan pemeliharaan persediaan (X5). Bahwa dimensi pemeliharaan persediaan dari variable saluran distribusi memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap tingkat penjualan pesawat telepon pada PT.INTI (Persero), yaitu sebesar 0,27. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat jumlah persediaan, kualitas persediaan, dan jumlah sistem persediaan menjadi komponen penting bagi para agen, sehingga sangat mempengaruhi tingkat penjualan. 3. Panorama Panghegar mean research conducted by the authors is to know how to influence the cost of production and net sales to gross profit in the company's food and beverage service. Besides comparing the theories learned by the author in with reality with the reality encountered in the field of production cost structure and gross profit of the company's net profit after tax effect of simultaneous net sales and cost of production and gross profit to net income after tax on companies influence in Persia in net sales and cost of production and gross profit to net income after tax of the company. There are two factors that a point of concern in connection with efforts to obtain the optimal profit. These factors are the sales and costs. The company can be said to benefit or profit if the sale is greater than the costs incurred, whereas if the sale is less than the costs it would suffer losses. The cost of production for food and beverage products of 10:20%. Sales and Cost of production for food and beverage products showed an average of 39.84%. Oleh karena itu, bank dituntut untuk memenuhi kebutuhan nasabah dengan memberikan pelayanan yang baik sesuai harapan dari nasabah. Pelayanan bank berupa layanan yang cepat, peralatan canggih, keterampilan personil, tingkat suku bunga, kemudahan transaksi, tempat yang nyaman dan lainnya digunakan dalam rangka menjalankan peranan sebagai perantara keuangan. Kualitas pelayanan merupakan faktor kunci dan memiliki peranan penting dalam menciptakan keinginan pelanggan untuk pembelian di masa mendatang. Uraian tersebut menjelaskan bahwa strategi manajemen bank harus berorientasi pada kualitas pelayanan dengan menerapkan prinsip – prinsip manajemen modern yang didukung oleh perencanaan yang jelas dalam persaingan antarbank. Studi ini dilakukan pada bank bjb Cabang Suci Bandung yang dituntut memberikan kualitas pelayanan yang tinggi kepada nasabahnya agar tetap bisa unggul diantara bank - bank pesaingnya. Hal ini dikarenakan adanya keluhan dari nasabah bahwa bank bjb Cabang Suci masih menghadapi kendala dalam pelayanan terutama pada kinerja frontliner yaitu teller dan customer service. Oleh karena itu, bank bjb cabang suci perlu memahami faktor – faktor apa saja yang dirasakan oleh nasabah masih kurang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan pada bank bjb Cabang Suci Bandung berdasarkan dimensi banking service quality (BSQ). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dimana data yang didapatkan oleh penulis dianalisis dan dibuktikan dengan teori mengenai gap antara kinerja pelayanan dengan harapan nasabah dan metode statistika yaitu analisis IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) dengan menggunakan alat bantu aplikasi komputer berupa software SPSS versi 21. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 125 responden. Hasil penelitian ini didukung oleh metode kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa adanya gap antara kinerja pelayanan dengan harapan nasabah. Kualitas pelayanan berdasarkan dimensi banking service quality (BSQ) yaitu dimensi harga, dimensi jasa portofolio, dimensi bukti langsung dan dimensi v kehandalan memiliki gap negatif artinya nasabah merasa kurang puas terhadap kualitas pelayanan sedangkan dimensi akses dan dimensi keefektifan & jaminan memiliki gap positif artinya nasabah merasa cukup puas terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Sedangkan hasil dari analisis IPA terdapat atribut pelayanan belum sesuai dengan harapan nasabah dan perlu perbaikan yaitu keterampilan personil, jumlah frontliner, sistem antrian, biaya administrasi, fasilitas gedung, kemudahan transaksi, ketepatan waktu, dan respon terhadap nasabah. Berdasarkan uraian diatas, maka implikasi manajerial yang diajukan adalah diperlukan standar kualitas pelayanan dan disosialisasikan kepada semua karyawan serta komitmen kuat dari seluruh jajaran manajemen memberikan pelayanan terbaik berdasarkan kebutuhan nasabah sehingga mempunyai visi dan misi yang sama. Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Garut berniat menjadikan pariwisata sebagai sektor unggulan, secara implisit terlihat dalam visi Kabupaten Garut yang tertuang dalam Peraturan Daerah Nomor 25 tahun 2000 tentang Pola Dasar Pembangunan Kabupaten Garut Tahun 2001-2005. Di sana disebutkan, visi Kabupaten Garut adalah menjadikan Garut pangirutan yang tata tenteram dan tata raharja. Kata pangirutan di sini berarti Garut ingin dijadikan tempat yang menarik untuk dikunjungi banyak orang atau tempat wisata. Apakah objek wisata yang berada di Garut terutama Kawasan Wisata Cangkuang dapat menarik calon wisatawan ?. Untuk itu tujuan penelitian dimaksudkan yaitu membantu pengelola Objek Daya Tarik Wisata (ODTW) Cangkuang dengan menganalisis persepsi prospek (calon wisatawan) di Kota Bandung khususnya di kalangan pelajar tingkat Perguruan Tinggi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan sampel populasi “Mahasiswa Widyatama” dengan sampel sebayak 100 responden dengan menggunakan metode Sample Random Sampling. Peneliti menduga bahwa Atraksi Wisata dan Aksesibilitas Kawasan Wisata Cangkuang dapat mempengaruhi perhatian dan ketertarikan secara positif dan signifikan untuk berkunjung. Hasil pengolahan data kuesioner menunjukan bahwa gambaran Atraksi Wisata dan Aksesibilitas menurut persepsi prospek (Mahasiswa Widyatama) masuk ke dalam kategori “TINGGI”, sedangkan Perhatian dan Ketertarikan untuk Berkunjung masuk ke dalam kategori “SEDANG” . Pengujian data mengenai pengaruh Atraksi Wisata dan Aksesibilitas terhadap Perhatian dan Ketertarikan berkunjung menunjukan bahwa Perhatian dan ketertarikan berkunjung dapat dijelaskan oleh Atraksi Wisata dan Aksesibilitas sebesar 0.49. It is mentioned that the Vision of Garut is to make Garut “pangirutan”. The word “pangirutan” here means Garut is to be make as an interesting place to be visited by many people or as tourism object. Can tourist object located in Garut especially Cangkuang Object Tourism ? There is, the objective of the research is to help the management of Cangkuang Tourism Object by analyzing prospect perception tourist prospects in Bandung City especially awong university student. The research is carried out by using population sample “Widyatama Student” of 100 respondent by using Sample Random Sampling Method. The written predicts that Attaction and Accestability is able to influence attention and interest in a positive and significantly to visit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kebijakan strategi anti fraud tersebut dapat mengatasi tindakan kecurangan di dunia perbankan khususnya di Bank bjb. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Bank bjb menindaklanjuti atas kebijakan tersebut yang kemudian di evaluasi terhadap implementasi di lapangan khususnya dalam semua kegiatan operasional Bank bjb yang terkait dengan kualitas sumber daya manusia (pegawai) di Bank bjb. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan metode wawancara secara mendalam kepada responden khususnya pelaku kecurangan dalam rangka memahami pandangan subyek penelitian mengenai hidupnya, pengalamannya, ataupun situasi sosial dan hal lainnya yang sangat berpengaruh besar terhadap tindakan pelaku melakukan kecurangan. Peneliti mengenal subyek penelitian secara akrab, melihat dunia lewat mata mereka dan masuk lewat pengalaman mereka. Wawancara mendalam bersifat luwes, terbuka, tidak terstruktur, dan tidak baku. Intinya ialah pertemuan berulang kali secara langsung antara peneliti dan subyek penelitian. Tujuannya untuk memahami pandangan subyek penelitian tentang kehidupan, pengalaman, atau situasi subyek penelitian, sebagaimana diungkapkan dalam bahasanya sendiri. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa strategi anti fraud yang dikeluarkan Bank Indonesia tersebut merupakan kebijakan yang prospektif. Halal products are those that are Shariah compliant, i.e. do not involve the use of haram (prohibited) ingredients, are not harmful. The real of halal may extend to all consumables such as toiletries, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and services including finance. Thus, Wardah cosmetic is one of the cosmetic has halal certified . Halal certificate can play an important role to assure consumers that the product has got the necessary conditions of halal product. This study aims to examine the influence of brand image and purchase intention of halal cosmetic using theory of planned behavior. This study uses five variables: attitude subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, brand image and purchase intention. The metodology in this study use descriptive with verification method. This study use simple random sampling with 200 respondents by questionnaries. Then, the data were analyzed by using the validity and reliability, multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of regression analysis showed that variable and perceived behavioral control has a significant effect on the brand image and purchase intention. The regression coefficient value of attitude, subjective norm to brand image is 0.776. The regression coefficient value of perceived behavioral control to purchase intention is 0.597. The regression coefficient value of brand image to purchase intention is 0.697. The result shows that attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, have a significant influence to brand image and purchase intention for consumer of halal cosmetic Wardah in Bandung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode descriptive survey dan explanatory survey. Tipe penyelidikan adalah kausal, dimana unit analisis berupa wisatawan bersifat individual. Sedangkan data diperoleh melalui kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi lapangan. Hasil pengumpulan data dengan data primer diperoleh dari jumlah sampel sebesar 100 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengujian data mengenai pengaruh Benefit Layanan Wisata terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan menunjukan bahwa Benefit Layanan Wisata memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan wisatawan sebesar 0,453. The purposes of the research are to know the influence of ; personality factors toward the work stress, personality and work characteristics toward the work stress and the influence of the work stress itself toward the intention to quit. The method used in the research is descriptive analysis method by using questionnaire for collecting the data. The data collected then processed by using path analysis method. From the research conducted, it can be concluded that some personality factors influence the work stress. The big five personality factors are Openness, Conscientiousnes, Extraversion, Agreeableness, Neuroticism. From those five factors Openness, Conscientiousnes, Extraversion and Agreeableness are the variables that give significant and negative impact towards the work stress. Neuroticism is the variable that gives significant and positive impact towards the work stress. The highest impact are Extraversion dan Neuroticism, while work characteristic variable gives significant and negative impact towards the work stress. And the work stress variable gives significant and positive impact towards the intention to quit. So, the higher the level of work stress is, the bigger the intention to quit will be. To increase profits, the bank need to manage Asset Liability Management (ALMA), which is an attempt to optimize the structure of bank balance sheets to obtain the maximum profit and at the same time limiting the risk beyond the credit. The application of ALMA seen from liquidity management, gap management, and investment and income management by using financial ratios. The study was conducted based on explanatory research method, while data collected using secondary data for six years (2009-2014). Based on the multiple regression analysis, the hypothesis that ALMA has a significant effect on profitability can be accepted. Partially, LDR and Operating Expenses to Operating Income significantly affects ROA, while NIM had no significant effect (sig. > ). Simultaneously, variables of LDR, NIM and Operating Expenses to Operating Income influence on ROA. The ALMA effect on profitability is very strong (R2 = 94,7%). The application of framework process and functions of ALMA will provide a clear foundation includes strategy, management, support and implementation of business bank's development to limit the risks arising from liquidity risk, interest rate risk, and portfolio risk, so the objective of asset liability management will affect the maximum profit. This research is quantitative descriptive research that is research on data collected and expressed in the form of numbers , although also in the form of qualitative data as supporters, such as words or phrases that are arranged in the questionnaire , or interviews between investigators and informants . The sampling technique is done by using the formula Slovin as many as 286 people . The analysis includes the validity, reliability , classic assumption test , Moderate Regretion Analysis ( MRA ) , and hypothesis testing . The results showed that situational leadership , motivation and discipline positive effect on employee performance , with reinforcement member exchange leader provide a positive contribution to the performance of employees . Namun demikian, terjadi fenomena yang tidak baik di STISI yaitu proses belajar yang ditandai dengan tingkat kehadiran dosen, tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan oleh manajemen STISI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motif berprestasi dan kinerja tenaga edukatif STISI Bandung dan mengetahui sejauh mana keterkaitan motif berprestasi tenaga edukatif atau dosen dengan kinerja pada Sekolah Tinggi Seni Rupa dan Desain Indonesia (STISI) Bandung. Adapun hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan yang kuat atau hubungan yang positif antara motif berprestasi dengan kinerja tenaga edukatif atau dosen di Sekolah Tinggi Seni Rupa dan Desain Indonesia (STISI) Bandung. Metode peneltiain ini adalah penelitian eksplanatif dengan pendekatan survey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motif berprestasi tenaga edukatif tergolong cukup. Hal ini diperkuat oleh nilai rata-rata sub variabel motif berprestasi yang tergolong cukup, yaitu sub variabel cukup bekerja keras dan mengembangkan cara-cara baru dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan, mengharapkan keberhasilan dalam pekerjaan, menyukai tantangan dalam pekerjaan, menyukai situasi kerja dan memerlukan umpan balik Sedangkan tingkat kinerja tenaga edukatif tergolong cukup. Hal ini didukung oleh tanggapan untuk masing-masing sub variabel yang tergolong cukup untuk tingkat kualifikasi, kesesuaian dengan minat, kegantungan dengan peraturan, dan penyesuaian pribadi, Derajat hubungan antara motif berprestasi dan kinerja adalah sebesar 0,762 berarti adanya hubungan yang erat antara motif berprestasi dengan kinerja, jadi motif berprestasi memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap munculnya kinerja.
