Cut apart the flaps AFT ER gluing the side tab. 4. Illustrate each term. You may also choose to supply your own definitions.

I can explain patterns in the number of zeros of the product when multiplying a number by powers of 10, and explain patterns in the placement of the decimal point when a decimal is multiplied or divided by a power of 10. I can use whole-number exponents to denote powers of 10.

2. Fold the outside flaps inward along the dotted lines. 3. Push the dotted lines together so that the center section pops up. 4. Glue down the outside sections. 5. Cut out the rectangles in the middle.

6. Cut out the digit sliders. 7. Slide the digit sliders into the center pop-up section. 8. To multiply or divide, move the digit sliders to the left or right. Fill in zeros as needed.
