Best Answer: Litigation in divorce is a very tidious and cumbersome proccess.No body is complete in this world
except GOD.If you want happiness in your married life concentrate towards the solution of the problem.It will be in your both intrest.First you both sort out your problems and try to resolve through your mutual communication.Bear in mind if you were in his or her place then what do you think.Nothing is impossible in this modern scientific world.The only need is to bring change in ones attitude.Ego is the root cause of all the problems.If you want happiness then you will have to give happiness to your life partner.Go to councellor.Divorce is the last alternate.It would be better to get on mutually agreed basis.Its certain that litigatin proccess will spoil your both lives.it will certainly spoil your precoius time and money.as well you will loose your mental peace.As far as avid litigation to both parties.It is my sincere suggestion.TAKE INDEPENDENT DECISION .DO NOT COME UNDER ANY UNDUE INFLUENCE EVEN IT MAY FROM THE PARENT SIDE.BECAUSE, IT IS THE SUBJECT MATTER OF YOUR BOTHS LIFE. wISH YOU HAPPY MARRIED LIFE. dear Maheshwari there are good lawyers in hyderabad who are best in Family laws. I am being a top corporate lawyer, what I can advice you to select the lawyer from within a known network. This is no rocket science, I read your earlier question and I am confident that you will get divorce, if you wishes. But, as per Hindu Marriage Act, minimum period is 6 months ( reconcilation period) to get divorce from the date of filing divorce suit, this period starts after one year of your marriage.
Any other couples have to sleep in the same bed with separate blankets? How do you save a marriage? Why do people live together for 5 or 10 years, then get engaged, then wait another 2 years to actually get married?
As you have already completed one year, now you can issue a notice to your husband stating that irreconcilable dipsutes arises among you and it cannot be resolved and it is time to exits from the martial chord.
