The Canadian Investment Funds Course (CIFC) provides students with a solid understanding of mutual funds through the use of engaging case studies that mirror the client process in real-world business. At the end of the course, students will have the foundation to become a mutual fund salesperson ... This makes it sounds like there will be more time focused on areas you may not be interested in. Topics seem to be: Regulatory Environment Registrant Responsibilities Suitability Economic Factors and Financial Markets Types of Investments Types of Mutual Funds Portfolio Management Mutual Funds Administration Retirement Taxation Making Recommendations https://www.ifse.ca/Site/ProcessPage...80C130B198&P=1
If it's general investment learning ... you may want to look for a general course at say a college or university.
