WILLIAM For over 10 years, William has been specialising in strategic business development, business psychology/OD, organisational design, organisational change management, organisational transformations, talent retention and leadership/executive coaching & training. Throughout his career, William has been a sought-after guest speaker at a number of international conferences for neuroscience, business psychology and organisational development. In the technical disciplines, William also specialises in ICT Strategy Consulting, Technical Sales & Pre-Sales, Cloud Solutions, Mobility Solutions, Network Solutions, Security Solutions, Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery. He has extensive hands-on experience consulting to clients in the banking, government, health services, human resources, telecommunications, transport & logistics and utilities industries. William has also spoken internationally on Disaster Recovery subjects such as Terrorism, IT Service Continuity and Pandemics, as well as at a number of mobility forums both nationally and internationally.
GAIL Gail has gained significant experience working in executive and business coaching, mentoring, leadership/capability development and learning and development. She has worked in senior executive positions with top-tier corporations and professional services firms. Gail has discovered her passion for leadership and people development. She has completed an MBA (majoring in Finance), a Master of NeuroLinguistic Programming and is currently completing a Master of Coaching Psychology at Sydney University.
PAUL Paul is an experienced career coach with over 25 years of experience in corporate Human Resources (HR), having held senior executive HR roles in his native Australia and overseas for organisations such as Orange Business Services (owned by France Telecom) and Federal Express (‘FedEx’). Paul has experience coaching a broad array of clients including Chief Information Officers (CIOs), Chief Operating Officers (COOs) and Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), General Managers as well as Investment Bankers, Directors, Manager and Professional-level staff in HR, IT, Finance, Marketing and Logistics amongst others. DAPHNE Daphne has achieved a remarkable career as a business coach, mentor and business consultant. She has deliberately focused her strengths in this area, having completed a Masters in Business Coaching and other supporting qualifications and accreditations. Daphne has worked with many notable organisations introducing mentoring programs for managers, building effective teams and managing organisational change. MELISSA Melissa is an energetic coaching professional; always looking for ways to improve the status-quo. She loves to partner with key stakeholders to improve their business capabilities and outcomes and be part of an organisation that is dynamic, values continuous improvement, and invests in its people and culture. She thrives on skill-development, issue resolution and working with talented, customer- focused people. During her career, Melissa has gained strong generalist experience in employee relations, learning & development, performance management, remuneration & benefits, change management, project management, talent management and recruitment & selection.
ALLEN Allen has over 30 years experience in executive-level human resource management; predominantly in the fast-moving consumer goods sector. He has spent the last 15 years leading the function across South East Asia and India for a global US headquartered organisation. During his career, Allen has gained significant coaching experience helping individuals and teams improve their performance and fulfill their potential.
SALLIE Sallie has more than 15 years experience in developing people. She has consulted to individuals, teams and organisations across government, corporate and the non-profit sector, delivering services that support people development and change agenda. Her clients include Qantas Airways, Seiko, PepsiCo, House with No Steps, Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, Coregas and the Sydney Symphony Orchestra. Sallie’s passion is enabling people to enhance their personal effectiveness through evidence-based coaching practice. Sallie encourages her clients to have courageous conversations within their organisations. This facilitates the embedding of collaborative practices to simultaneously increase personal effectiveness, well-being and organisational knowledge, whilst bolstering the internal talent pipeline. Sallie values learning as every organisation’s principle agent for change. Sallie has a portfolio career, dividing her time between work as a clinician, coach, mediator and trainer. She applies holistic strengths-based and neuroscience methodologies to behaviour change. Sallie also consults with organisations to improve their work health systems. Arndria strives for industry best practice in the area of Learning and Development and is a regular blogger, writing articles on business and leadership.
EDWINA Edwina is a fully qualified Executive Coach with the Australian Institute of Coaches. Her aim is to utilise her extensive international HR background, facilitation and coaching skills to assist executives in achieving their career goals. She is highly skilled in the facilitation of small leadership capability workshops at managing director and executive level, as well as one-on-one coaching programs for individuals, focusing on career progression and change. Edwina is a strong and engaging professional who has excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build strong relationships.
MARY Mary has extensive senior human resource consulting and facilitation experience across a number of diverse organisations. For the past 8 years, she has independently consulted to notable companies such as Commonwealth Bank, Credit Suisse Asset Management, Westpac, Qantas, KPMG and Lend Lease. As a consultant to these organisations, Mary worked on various projects with a focus on implementing cultural change programs, developing and delivering leadership training programs and change management programs. She concurrently consulted through HCM Global and worked with Louis Vuitton, Nestle, Lotteries and APRA, where her focus was on the development of leaders and executive coaching. Mary has a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), a Post Diploma Certificate in HR Management and a Graduate Certificate in HR Management.
