New CLAS Working Paper by Visiting Scholar Carlos Eduardo Suprinyak Carlos Eduardo Suprinyak (Cedeplar/Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais) and Ramón García Fernández (Universidade Federal do ABC) contributed a paper on "The ‘Vanderbilt Boys’ and the Modernization of Brazilian Economics" to the CLAS Working Paper series.
