2. TERM OF AGREEMENT: This agreement will be for a period beginning ____________, and ending _______, _____. This agreement may be cancelled by either party immediately, if the same appears to be in the interests of the City and/or concessionaire. 3. EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES: The Concessionaire shall provide all necessary equipment and supplies to perform the duties of concessionaire. Concessionaire also accepts the responsibility of maintaining existing equipment and concession areas located in said concession buildings. Maintenance shall include but shall not be limited to the cleaning of the concession area and equipment. 4. CONSIDERATION: As consideration of the operation of the concession stand, concessionaire agrees to pay to the City of Minden a fee of $50.00 for the right to operate the concession stand from ________, _____ to ________, _____. 5. BINDING EFFECT: This agreement shall be binding upon the heirs, successors, assigns, and personal representatives of the parties hereto. 6. The applicant receives one copy, and the City retains the original.
