[email protected]) 15 Yellow Brick Rd Honesdale, PA 18431 US Comments entered: I feel the new regulations are a step in the right direction. Much more oversight is needed for direct and indirect operations. For example, sub-contractors have to be held to high standards as well. Last, we need much more research about the environmental and health impacts of these practices. In the meantime, oversight of these operations and strict enforcement of the new rules are imperative. I applaud your efforts.
