Principle domains of work: a) to monitor war crime cases tried before the competent Croatian national courts; b) to monitor the detention conditions of persons accused of war crimes in Croatian prisons; c) to monitor the implementation of the Return Programme, which
was adopted by Croatian Government to ensure the return of the members of Serbian minority who left the country during civil war in Croatia; d) to work on legal problems of refugees coming from Bosnia and Herzegovina and living in Croatia; e) to monitor the implementation of court decisions concerning the restitution of property or occupancy right of national minority members. 1998 – 1999
