WORK & LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE UNIFORM - Liberty & Justice Social Enterprise Intern for Africa’s first Fair Trade apparel manufacturer Liberty & Justice. • Collaborated with a team to develop a Kickstarter campaign that brought in over $230,000, allowing 300+ Liberian women to be re-employed, and 8,000+ children sent back to school • Hypothesized, designed and implemented various grassroots strategies, with key metrics being social media and pledge conversions. Sales conversions for one proposal resulted in 48 purchases, 60 new followers, and $192 per manpower hour for a total of $2,304 • Produced language for the Kickstarter page, web page, social media posts, customer service emails, recruitment ads, and other forms of copywriting • Designed the product packaging, brand book, pledge cards, and business cards, and took product shots that were featured in local newspapers • Planned and successfully executed a 200-person pre-launch party at the Soho House which helped us surpass our $50,000 Kickstarter goal within six hours of launching • As Regional Director, served as liaison between HQ and State Directors who worked remotely • Conducted press asks, which helped gain features and mentions from major news agencies such as Forbes, Financial Times, Fast Company, and Good Morning America

Virtual Reconstruction of Sant’Omobono - Rice University Researcher • Lead a team of five to reconstruct an ancient urban sanctuary, with the disadvantage of having poor archaeological data, and conflicting interpretations of its stratigraphy • Conducted extensive research related to the building, but relied heavily on references to contemporaneous buildings and critical thinking to create a hypothetical but historically-backed determination of what the building could look like • Critically assessed the model as it moved past the research stage, and assessed the viability, efficacy, and problems with the resulting model
