The picture amazon shows for this item is incorrect. The showerhead pictured is an earlier model that I wouldn't recommend(it has a flat horizontal spray like a garden hose fan pattern). This model (75155) has 4 spray jets and works very well. For the price ($10>) this is the best low-flow showerhead I've ever used. Cone of spray large enough to cover your body and enough force to rinse shampoo etc out of your hair quickly without being too powerful (painful/stinging) on your skin. Highly Recommended
