DRUG AND ALCOHOL ASSESSMENT FOR TREATMENT Walk in assessments are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Clients are encouraged to come to Columbus Public Health at 8 A.M. to sign up. Names will be called at 1:00 P.M. If you are not present when we call your name, we will take the next person. Signing in does not guarantee that you will be seen that day as we have limited availability. If we are full and can’t see you, we will provide a letter to verify that you were here and not able to be seen. You will then be offered a scheduled appointment. The Assessment process including paperwork could take 2-4 hours to complete. Questions? Call 645-6839
