Abstract: Key Words: Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Corporate Culture, Credit Procedure, Bank This research is a case study conducted at a private company Engaged in the Indonesian banking. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the application of the principles and the Procedure of credit presents. Corporate Governance as a set of rules that define the relationship between shareholders, managers, creditors, government employees, as well as internal and external stakeholders with reapect to the rights and obligations, or in other words a system that directs and controls the company. Where there are five principles of good corporate governance: (i) Transparency, (ii) Accountability, (iii) Responsibility, (iv) Independency, (v) Fairness. Formulation of the problem of the study are: Whether the application the principles of good corporate governance to the procedure of credit presents which has given by PT, Bank Cental Asia (Persero)Tbk can increase the level of efficiency and effectively of the company. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews and analysis of company documents. The data obtained were analyzed by using triangulation and interpretation. The results of this study indicate the existence of an important role between GCG and the procedure of credit presents.
