Lower local school tax rates projected for 2019 If both the Capital Bond and Replacement Educational Programs and Operations Levy are approved by voters on Feb. 13, 2018, tax collections to complete those projects begin in 2019. That year the local school tax rate is projected to be $4.89 per each $1,000 of property value. That rate is the lowest local school tax rate for property owners in the district since 2013.
