GENERAL INFORMATION The following information applies to all our courses. Hours
All our teaching hours are a full 60 minutes.
English Levels
Elementary (A1) to Advanced (C1). We do NOT take beginners except for 1:1 lessons.
Ages
The usual minimum age for our adult courses is 16. We may occasionally enrol 15 year old students as part of group or as individuals living with UK guardians.
Start dates
Any Monday except where there are specific course dates, eg exam preparation, teachers’ courses, etc. (When the school is closed on a Monday for a public holiday, students start on Tuesday).

Maximum class size 12 students (All courses except for Language & Culture & Teenage Programme) Maximum class size 6 students (Language & Culture) Maximum class size 15 students (Teenage Programme) Minimum general English class size is 3 students. Where there are fewer than 3 in a group students will be offered pro rata 1:1 or 2:1 lessons until the group size increases. Examination Preparation, Language & Culture, Teacher & London Prime Experience Group courses with fewer than 3 students will not be cancelled. Students will instead have 15 hours of general English and the remaining weekly course hours as planned.

All students can take part in 2 hours of group guided self study per week.

The course fees quoted are for full payment in advance. All payments must be received in Pounds Sterling (GBP). If we have not received full payment by the start of your course, you will not be admitted to class or any accommodation booked by the school.
1. EU Students • Booking more than 6 weeks before arrival – please pay a deposit of 300 GBP when you book. This deposit will be deducted from the full fees due. • Fees must be paid in full a minimum of 3 weeks before the start of your course. • Booking less than 6 weeks before arrival - full fees must be paid on booking. 2. Non EU Students • Full fees due on booking (tuition, registration, learning materials & minimum of 4 weeks accommodation fees) • The booking will NOT be processed or documents sent until the payment has been received.
