FCUSD 2018 Summer School Registration SUMMER ENRICHMENT PROGRAM (For Students who have not yet taken the course)
Enrichment applications will be available to students during their 1:1 registration meeting with their Counselor. Space in the program is based on student need. Forms, complete with signatures, must be submitted to the Counseling Office by May 1, 2018 COURSE

The Enrichment Program is for Mid Term Grads or Students with impacted schedules only; Verification required. Space is limited. Students must demonstrate an impacted schedule by attaching a 4 year plan to the summer school application. All applications must be approved by an FHS counselor. Enrichment Courses are not open to incoming Freshmen. Open to currently enrolled FCUSD students ONLY Deadline for applications is May 1, 2018

Remedial Summer School is available to all currently enrolled FCUSD students who need to repeat a core course due to receiving a “D” to improve a grade or “F” to improve a grade and earn credits for graduation. All registration forms must be completely filled out, with a parent/guardian signature, and submitted to the FHS Counseling Office for counselor approval as soon as possible, but no later than May 11, 2018. Applications are available in the Counseling Office and posted on the Counseling webpage. Open to currently enrolled FCUSD students ONLY
SUMMER SCHOOL FAQs What if I am going on vacation and I will miss some days of summer school? How do I enroll in summer school? I am an incoming 9th grader, may I take summer school? Will there be transportation to Cordova High School?
All questions regarding summer school minutes need to be referred to Summer School Administration Enrollment forms are available in the counseling office and are due: ▪ Enrichment: May 1, 2018 ▪ Remedial: May 11, 2018 Incoming 9th graders from an FCUSD school are eligible to take Math Foundations, Integrated Math 1 or Integrated Math 2 but only if the courses were taken previously. A bus application must be obtained, completed and submitted to our Transportation Department. Note that Student Transportation is fee based.
