Important Information Selected candidates requested to confirm your participation latest by Thursday, 16th March, 2018 by email, failing which the seat will be offered to the next candidate, in the waiting list. You are further required to share your travel plans by March 20th, 2018 Please note the following 1. The accommodation will be provided in the NITIE MDP guest house from period of April 1st noon till April 12th, 2018 morning only. The rooms will be on twin sharing basis. 2. Only Point to point train-fare will be reimbursed. Even if you travel by air, equivalent train fare (Bring fare details from Railway site), III tier A/C will be reimbursed. For those coming by air, boarding pass should be given to the NITIE as proof for travel. 3. For Mumbai applicants, no conveyance will be reimbursed. 4. No accommodation locals will be arranged. 5. Travel Reimbursement will be made through RTGS in your account only. For that one should produce the Bank details including A/C Number, Name and Branch code of the Bank Account and IFSC code. Alternatively, one should produce a cancelled cheque. It is further clarified that, RTGS payment will be made in due course of time after completion of the CBP. 6. You will be required to bring your own laptop 7. Workshop will start 9.30 am on April 2, 2018 and end by 10.30 am on April 12, 2018. You can plan your travel accordingly.
