SAP Solution Manager as a Service SAP offers new service options and many functional innovations with the latest version 7.2 of Solution Manager. Using Solution Manager as a Managed Service means no additional investment in licenses, hardware and maintenance, and can result in significant cost savings in infrastructure, management and operations. Your benefits at a glance: • No CAPEX in infrastructure (hardware, storage, VM) and licenses required • No consulting efforts for the initial installation and configuration of SAP Solution Manager • No requirement for internal resources for management and support • Minimal effort for integration into existing SAP landscape • 7 × 24 availability of SAP Solution Manager system • Fair, attractive and transparent pricing model with no hidden upgrade costs

The following service models are available: • Self-Service Model (Cloud or On-Premise) – Initial deployment of your own copy of SAP Solution Manager from our Cloud Appliance Library. – Platform and SAP system will be provided and managed by ITPC – Your team has full access to the SAP Solution Manager and can use the system based on your requirements – ITPC will manage all system operation and maintenance – Initial cost for deployment, installation and base configuration – Monthly flat fee for services, operations and maintenance • Subscription Model – Access to our shared SAP Solution Manager 7.2 – Platform and SAP system will be provided as a Cloud service and fully managed by ITPC, including system operation and maintenance – No initial costs and no installation or base configuration required – Monthly flat fee for services, operations and maintenance
