Hello, i have installed folder lock trial version 5.8.0 and I forgot my password I don't know how to unlock it plz help me

to remove password - First close Folder lock and show hidden file and System hidden file select the Tools menu and click Folder Options. Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders. Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option. Click Apply , OK - and Delete "win_mpwd_sys.dat" From C:\ProgramData C:\Users\Vortex\AppData\Local "C:\Windows\" in windows X86 Or "C:\Windows\SysWOW64" in windows x64 - Run Folder Lock and enter new Password :)) *Tested @ Folder lock v7.1.1 in Windows 7 64X

Greetings, Try to restore your system before the installation of "Folder Lock". Regards! Frappes ta tête contre une cruche. Si tu obtiens un son creux, n'en déduis pas que c'est forcément la cruche qui est vide!

Try this: run registry by typing 'regedit' after clicking Start button in Windows and then click Run. Then delete this string value: HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > FolderLock6 > LastLockerPath Then boot to Safe mode , hold F8 Key when start PC Go to My Documents and search for a file name locker with extension (*FLK) or (*FLKW) and delete. Reboot PC in normal mode , run the Folder lock program and click trial, then enter new password/confirm new password,MAKE SURE TO REMEMBER, I use 123456 for easy one Then go to option, and uninstall the program as you wish THIS WORK FOR ME

if u have ur registration code u can put the registration code in the password box and u will b able to open the folder cause registration key is the master key for that software...

hi there brother simply uninstall folder lock it worked for me if it dosent work for you than reinstall you windows it will remove folder locks file and your folder will be unlocked. Ambucias - Sep 6, 2012 at 05:12 AM
Hi Ralph, If you reinstall Windows, it will remove folder lock, but have you ever thought that it will also delete all the folders? !!! Please think!
