Help again please! This is the diagnosis upon discharge from hospital. Sounds as though the surgeon did something involving three components of the patient's left knee joint but what is gonartrosis? I imagine Grado IV K/G must mean some level of complexity or seriousness, right?

Grado IV is the most advanced form of knee osteoarthritis according to the KELLGREN/LAWRENCE SCALE, with large osteophytes, severe narrowing of the joint space and the bones are deformed.
