Each of the undersigned (“Client”) hereby authorize Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated (“Baird”) to effect the transfer of securities pursuant to the instructions contained on the attached Schedule(s). Instructions to transfer securities may be made by any person having the authority to direct such an outgoing transfer with respect to an account. Client(s) wish(es) to effect separate transfers/gifts of securities. Each such transfer must be detailed in an attached Schedule A. Client agrees that Client has reviewed each such Schedule A and instructs Baird to effect the transfers set forth therein. Client agrees to indemnify and hold Baird harmless from and against any loss, claim, damage or liability arising out of or resulting from any action taken by Baird in reliance upon the instructions set forth herein and on each attached Schedule A. Client understands and agrees that, to the extent client requests a partial transfer of a securities position below but does not specify which tax lots are to be transferred, Baird will transfer tax lots on a First-In, First-Out (“FIFO”) basis. Each Account Owner must sign below to process this request.
