Heyo fellas, what you doing? There must be sumthing great happened to you, aight? I know I kinda stuck for moments from these blogging thingy, but it's okay bcs I'm here!! And i'm going to tell you abt things thd happend to me recently. Haha
I was succesfully passing exam, and graduated with 3.58 points and got some certificates of organization I joined years ago when I was on my 2nd year. I was also being hired for the biggest medical laboratory company in my country, for the HRD Bank position, that gave me chances to travel to the whole country. I pretty satisfied with that, and My Parents are also happy about that, Alhamdulillah. I had been stayed in Jakarta for a month with my friends who were accepted too. We were there for the basic trainning. After we did the trainning, we were being spreaded to the different places. My first terminal was in Gading Serpong, Tangerang. Adventure has begun. There were such a lovely persons. They were all had a gold hearts. From the clean officer up to the manager, they were so close lyk family. How I found the meaning of patience, honesty, teamwork, and fellowship. Actually, in the beginning, it was not that easy. I was being told that there were 'difficult persons' in each division, but I was behaving well to them. I tried to be patience day by day and finally I did it well. I got at abt 3,4 points for my OJT!! Yay! The day had came. There was a meeting, and there was a goodbye too. They held a little party for me and my supervisor, and my 'difficult' senior. We got tumpeng and guess what??? They gave me a present!!! And even when I already moved to my 2nd place where I am now, my manager sent me a present too!! How speechless I am. I cried a lot on that day. I love them so much, Bu Retno, Teh Fitry, Mba Endang, Mas Ibnu, Mba Novi, the PU's Mas Broto Mas Risman Mas Yanto and the CS people too!!
I never thought thd Tangerang will be ths great. The people, the environment, the foods.. Awh, awesome.
Another great story was My Mam and Pa and Ian came to visited me. They stayed at my flat for 3 days. What a short time but I believe I'll meet them again, in a better place and condition. One thing I feel sorry about Tangerang was, I shot no pics, bcs my selfphone was broken. So it was no good, but its okay, bcs Ian took few pics for me with his cam when he were there. I'll post them next time if I got superfast inet connection :)))

I'm dooone with collegian thingy hehehe. So if I used to post teoritical thingy about medical technologisy, I think now I'll post practical thingy and all things I get in my new place-thanks God I'm in Prodia now, Alhamdulillah :) Altho' there are lots of things that make me feel so terribly sad about leaving this town-moreever leaving people I love around me, I still have to cheers this phase of mylife. I have to move to new place, meet inspirational people, do sumthing great, be usefull person, travels, do good things.

I know, Solo means more than so much. It means my life! I've been spending lotta bitter sweet moments in here, I found happpiness in here, I met Ian and I simply live my happy life with him, I live beautiful life with mom and pa and bro too tho' I used to have fights with them but they still the best for me. Family number one. I know they hard for me because they love me hard too. and I do love them so much too. Time's up :) I have to leave this town with sucha big heart big smile and prayfull for success life in the future. Bismillah, Allah Swt, may You make my dreams and wishes come true. May You keep Mom and Pa and Bro and Raditya with lots of blessings, safety, and happiness inside and out, for now and the soon in the akhirat.

Pendahuluan Staphylococcus aureus merupakan bakteri Gram positif berbentuk bulat berdiameter 0,7-1,2 µm, tersusun dalam kelompok-kelompok yang tidak teratur seperti buah anggur, fakultatif anaerob, tidak membentuk spora, dan tidak bergerak (Gambar 2.1). Bakteri ini tumbuh pada suhu optimum 37 ºC, tetapi membentuk pigmen paling baik pada suhu kamar (20-25 ºC). Koloni pada perbenihan padat berwarna abu-abu sampai kuning keemasan, berbentuk bundar, halus, menonjol, dan berkilau. Lebih dari 90% isolat klinik menghasilkan S. aureus yang mempunyai kapsul polisakarida atau selaput tipis yang berperan dalam virulensi bakteri (Jawetz et al., 1995 ; Novick et al., 2000). Bacteria Firmicutes Clostridia Clostridiales Clostridiaceae Clostridium Clostridium tetani
- Morfologi dan identifikasi Clostridium tetani adalah bakteri yang terdapat di tanah yang tercemar tinja manusia dan binatang berbentuk batang lurus, langsing, berukuran panjang 2-5 mikron dan lebar 0,4-0,5 mikron. Clostridium tetani termasuk bakteri gram positif anaerobic berflagel peritrik berspora yang terletak disentral,subterminal maupun terminal. Clostridium tetani tidak menghasilkan lipase maupun lesitinase, tidak memecah protein dan tidak memfermentasi sakarosa dan glukosa juga tidak menghasilkan gas H2S. Menghasilkan gelatinase, dan indol positif. Spora dari Clostridium tetani resisten terhadap panas dan juga biasanya terhadap antiseptis. Sporanya juga dapat bertahan pada autoclave pada suhu 249.8°F (121°C) selama 10– 15 menit. Juga resisten terhadap phenol dan agen kimia yang lainnya. Bentuk koloni bakteri ini adalah koloni yang kecil meluas dalam jalinan filamen halus. - Biakan Klostridia hanya tumbuh pada keadaan anaerob yang tumbuh dengan salah satu cara berikut ini 1. Lempeng agar atau tabung biakan diletakkan dalam botol kedap udara, udara dibuang dan diganti dengan nitrogen dan CO2 10%. 2. Perbenihan cair diletakkan dalam tabung panjang yang mengadung jaringan hewan segar mislanya cincangan daging rebus atau agar 0,1% dan suatu zat pereduksi seperti tioglikolat. Tabung ini dapat digunakan seperti perbenihan aerob dan pertumbuhan akan terjadi pada dasar keatas sampai 15mm dari permukaan yang berhubungan dengan udara. Baca selengkapnya »
