North Carolina Society of Health Care Attorneys (NCSHCA) The mission of the NCSHCA is to provide professional education and other services to North Carolina attorneys who have an interest in health care law. A non-profit corporation, NCSHCA serves as a resource to its members with a wide variety of programs and activities that reflect the diversity of healthcare clients. Its Annual Meeting and Conference focuses on current and future health care legal trends and issues. Throughout the year, NCSHCA sponsors seminars on topics of interest to members, including federal and state legislative and regulatory developments. The Society also promotes communication and networking among its members and with related organizations. NCSHCA is an affiliate of the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA).
Cancellation Policy Registration may be cancelled at any time prior to September 22, 2017. A full refund will be made if a written cancellation is received by September 8, 2017. Requests for refunds on or after September 9, 2017, and before September 22, 2017, will be subject to a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after September 29, 2017.
