If you are a visitor, or if you have a prayer or pastoral concern, please use the appropriate card in the pew rack. ANNOUNCEMENTS OFFICER TRAINING – Officer training will be held for newly installed elders tomorrow night, Feb. 9, from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. Newly elected elders are required to attend the training, but the training sessions are open to any who wish to attend, whether current elders wanting refresher training, or members of the congregation who want to know more about the government of the church. SWEETHEART DINNER – The Men of the Church will host a "Sweetheart Dinner" on Saturday, Feb. 14, at 6:30 p.m. The cost is $10 per person, but the Men of the Church will pay for any single women (single, separated, divorced, widowed). The meal will be catered and served by members of the Beverley Manor Elementary School Relay for Life Team, with proceeds from the meal to benefit Relay for Life for the fight against cancer. Plans are under way to provide entertainment during the meal. Please come out to support this very worthwhile cause. A sign-up sheet is posted on the bulletin board. GREAT NEWS – Thanks to gifts from members of our congregation, Hebron has contracted with Taylor & Boody Organ Builders to add another “stop” to our organ. This will allow us to expand the capabilities of the organ and enhance our music to the glory of God. The entire cost of this work was funded by specific gifts to the church. No benevolence funds or general funds were used for this expense. Many thanks to those who contributed to this worthwhile project. May God continue to bless us all. AS PART OF THE STEWARDSHIP COMMITTEE’S PROMISE to provide you with more financial information, the following chart will appear in each week’s bulletin. It shows the amount needed weekly ($3,629) to meet our budgeted expenses, the previous week’s offering amount, YTD total needed, YTD total collected and YTD weekly average and YTD plus/minus.
