Al Instituto Pedagógico de Estudios de Posgrado y en especial a la Doctora Natalia Mendoza Flores, con gratitud y respeto por sus enseñanzas. A los asesores por compartir sus conocimientos. 4 RESUMEN Ésta tesis, cuyo título es: “PROPUESTA DE INNOVACIÓN DEL PLAN DE ESTUDIOS DE MAESTRÍA EN ADMINISTRACIÓN”, es resultado de un arduo y motivador trabajo que me llevo por lo menos dos años y medio. Tarea que hice con el mayor de los gustos. Misma que se realizó, gracias a la formación recibida durante mi trayecto profesional y laboral, y en buena medida gracias a la asesoría de los titulares de varios seminarios en el Instituto Pedagógico de Estudios de Posgrado, pero sobre todo del titular del Seminario de Investigación, y de manera muy especial de la Doctora Natalia Mendoza Flores. Así, pues, la presente investigación, tiene como propósito descubrir las necesidades de innovación curricular de la Maestría en Administración que se ofrece en la Facultad de Contaduría y Ciencias Administrativas de la Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo, a fin de presentarla ante el H. Consejo Técnico de la Facultad de Contaduría y Ciencias Administrativas y a continuación ante el H. Consejo Universitario de la Universidad, instancias ante las que se somete para que su aprobación sea efectiva. Cabe señalar que el trabajo de tesis se integra por catorce apartados, entre los que sobresalen los que se refieren a la fundamentación necesaria para sustentar la propuesta, esto es la justificación, el diagnóstico y algunos elementos relevantes; así como el estudio de factibilidad y el diseño curricular de la Maestría en Administración. Por lo que, fue necesario incluir todos los apartados y aspectos que le dieran sustento, fundamentación y soporte a una nueva propuesta que se presenta. Asimismo, es importante señalar que el trabajo contiene los aspectos fundamentales requeridos en toda estructura curricular y para justificar la innovación que se propone. Por lo que, se espera que la innovación de referencia contribuya de manera importante a la formación adecuada de Maestros en Administración, que respondan a los requerimientos de esta 5 época tan compleja y de tantas necesidades, sobre todo tratándose de una entidad como Michoacán, que requiere urgentemente de la participación de todos, para atender la problemática que se tiene al respecto. Es así, que los académicos e investigadores tenemos que coadyuvar con este tipo de propuestas para formar capital humano y personas diversificadas que puedan emprender actividades de todo tipo para contribuir al desarrollo de la sociedad en general. Esta propuesta es una innovación del diseño curricular de la Maestría en Administración que se adapta a las necesidades de esta época tan compleja, a la que muchos investigadores han llamado de la globalización. Un posgrado de esta índole debe estar revisando sus contenidos curriculares, por lo menos cada tres años, de lo contrario corren el riesgo de ser obsoletos. Con una innovación como la que se propone, los contenidos de la Maestría en Administración contribuirán a formar Maestros en este campo del conocimiento que puedan responder a las necesidades de las organizaciones de toda índole, que cada día las hay más complejas y diversas. El estudio de factibilidad y el diseño curricular cumplen con los requisitos del Reglamento de Estudios de Posgrado de la Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo, de la Asociación Nacional de Universidades e Instituciones de Educación Superior y del Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología. 6 ABSTRACT This one thesis, whose title is: “PROPOSE FROM INNOVATION OF THE CURRICULUM OF MASTERS IN ADMINISTRATION”, it is been from an arduous and motivating work that I take two year and a half at least. Task that I did with the major of the pleasures. Same that was realised, thanks to the formation received during my professional and labor passage, and largely thanks to the consultant's office of the holders of several seminaries in the Pedagogical Institute of Studies of Posgrado, but mainly of the holder of the Seminary of Investigation, and very special way of Doctor Natalia Mendoza Flowers. Thus, then, the present investigation, must like intention discover the needs of curricular innovation of the Masters in Administration that offers in the Faculty of Accountant's office and Administrative Sciences of the Michoacana University of San Nicholas de Hidalgo, in order to present/display it before the H. Technical Advice of the Faculty of Accountant's office and Administrative Sciences and next before the H. University Advice of the University, instances before which it is put under so that their approval is effective. It fits to indicate that work of thesis Integra by fourteen sections, between that they excel those that talks about the founding necessary to sustain the proposal, this is the excellent justification, diagnosis and some elements; as well as the feasibility study and the curricular design of the Masters in Administration. Reason why, it was necessary to include all the sections and aspects that gave sustenance, founding him and support to a new proposal that appears. Also, it is important to indicate that the work contains the fundamental aspects required in all curricular structure and to justify the innovation that sets out. Reason why, that is hoped that innovation of reference contributes of way important to formation adapted of Teachers in Administration, that responds to the requirements of this so complex time and so many needs, mainly concerning an organization like Michoacán, it urgently requires of the 7 participation of all, to take care of the problematic one that is had on the matter. It is thus, that academic and the investigating ones we must help with this type of proposals to form human capital and diversified people who can undertake activities of all type to contribute generally to the development of the society. This proposal is an innovation of the curricular design of the Masters in Administration that adapts to the needs of this so complex time, to that many investigators have called of the globalisation. Posgrado of this nature must be reviewing its curricular contents, at least every three years, otherwise they run the risk of being obsolete. With an innovation like which it sets out, the contents of the Masters in Administration will contribute to train Teachers in this field of the knowledge who can respond to the needs of the organizations of all nature, that to every are them day more complex and diverse.
