Holiday Stuff-a-Stocking Program The Salvation Army’s Holiday Stuff-a-Stocking program serves thousands of children in need at Christmas. The Salvation Army volunteers distribute the stuffed stockings to the parent/guardian of boys and girls between the ages of 6-12 years old during our annual Christmas Assistance Distribution. Here are some important tips to remember: Be sure to pick up empty stockings early enough to get them all stuffed and returned prior to the deadline! Please completely fill the stockings with age appropriate NEW gifts. For ideas, see the other side of this flyer! For security reasons, please DO NOT gift wrap items inside the stockings. DO NOT include food/candy, money, or notes in the stockings. Remember to top the filled stockings with the enclosed toppers and label as follows: “BOY,” “GIRL,” “GENERIC,” and “6-7,” “8-10,” or “11-12.” Please be sure to call ahead before delivering your stuffed stockings.
