First interaction wit the security at the bottom gate.just laughed when i told them i am checking in ant told me to go to the bell desk.Didnt even offer to jelp ofload my bags or even phone the bell desk.But after the problem sorted by manohar everythin 10 out of then.Actually id give Mannohar 11 out of ten My interaction Wit Manohar was by far the best.he really went out of his way actually above and beyond to satisfy my needs also Stayed in February 2018

I ended up with a room not on high floor and having view on a mall (half view) the rest was block by the elevator. Room floor ending by 10/11 have a crap view, and I do not understand why people taking the highest package shall be in those room. Specially considering it was the 1st night of our honeymoon and that was mentioned in the booking + nice view high floor. Breakfast: consider a 20 min queuing, to enter into a "cantine" on top i got food intoxication. To conclude, I got also a charge for phone on my room, which has been removed no issue for few rupees but which make me believe that someone entered my room to give a call and this is not acceptable. Bar on 37 the floor closed. The option including cocktail on 36th floor was nice. Thanks also to Ishanee for doing her best and serve the customer at best and trying to make my stay end great.
