Please contact them at www.MansaSys.com Note: This integration supports GoToAssist Remote Support (not GoToAssist Corporate edition). We may support that later if there is enough demand. Please reply below if you need that. I have free code available. It is currently in Beta until a few more users test it. It is not officially supported by Citrix tech support but I will support it on a best effort basis. I worked with a freelance programmer to create scripts/settings for use in ServiceNow. It uses the GoToAssist API. As the screenshot shows, a button is on the incident screen you use to start the GoToAssist session. When the session is completed, information about that session shows the following incident details.
Start time Finish time Duration Link to the screen recording (if enabled) Notes
REQUIREMENTS: 1. Service-Now account of version "Calgary" (newer versions will probably be compatible). Older version called "Berlin" does not have easy/import install. 2. Registration in Citrix API system at http://developer.citrixonline.com 3. An admin level username must be used during installation
Please contact me to arrange installation. On "Calgary" version, the main installation step is pretty simple import of an XML file. During install we recommend you install and test on your test or dev instance first. Screenshot below:
